Once your embroidery add-on has been purchased, our team will contact you to confirm your lettering details, placement, thread color, and final embroidery specifications before production begins.
 
Proof and Exchanges:
We'll email you a proof to approve before your order is finalized. Because embroidered items are personalized, they can't be exchanged or returned.
