What sizes do Ourz Scrubs come in?
Tops and pants come in XS to 3XL. In our sets you choose your top size and pants size separately, so you get the right fit at the bust, waist and hips. Check your measurements against our size chart before you order.
I have fuller hips. Should I size up?
Not automatically. Our scrubs are cut for curvy and plus-size bodies, so fuller hips don't have to mean going up a size and losing the fit everywhere else. Compare your measurements with the size chart, and send us a message if you're between sizes.
Do you ship across the US?
Yes. We're based in Birmingham, AL and ship nationwide within the US, with free shipping on US orders over $150. We don't ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories unless checkout says otherwise. For international orders, email us first.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, standard delivery takes about 5–8 business days and expedited takes 2–4 business days. These are estimates.
Can I return or exchange my scrubs?
We offer exchanges only, no refunds. Request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags attached. You pay return shipping, and we cover shipping on the replacement once per order. Embroidered items, pre-order items and final sale items can't be exchanged. Can you embroider my name or logo?
Yes. Custom lettering (your name, practice name or credentials) is $30, and custom logo embroidery is $50. Unless you tell us otherwise, embroidery goes on the left chest and the left sleeve. We'll send you a proof to approve before we finalize your order. Embroidered items are personalized, so they can't be exchanged.
Do you do office or group orders?
Yes. Group and office orders start at 15 pieces. You can add your logo or names with embroidery, and you can request colors that aren't on our website. Before we finalize the order, we'll send you proofs of the colors and embroidery to approve. Contact us with how many pieces you need, the sizes and the colors.
Do you have a physical store?
We're an online brand based in Birmingham, AL, and we don't have a walk-in store. You can try on scrubs and see our inventory by appointment only. Book a try-on appointment online.
How should I wash my Ourz scrubs?
Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang dry, use a warm iron if needed, and avoid bleach. Cold water protects the color and helps prevent shrinking. Read our full care guide on the blog: How to Wash Scrubs So They Last.
