Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.

  • Transit times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Expedited Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping thresholds) will be clearly stated on the Shop pages or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Use the tracking number to view the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us.

International Shipping

At this time, Ourz Scrubs ships primarily within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at ourzscrubs@gmail.com to discuss options and rates.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise specified during checkout.

If your order fails delivery due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Delays, Weather & Carrier Issues

While we do our best to ship on time, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays due to weather, carrier limitations, holidays, or high volume can occur. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you.

If the package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will help you with the next steps.
