At Ourz Scrubs, we are committed to providing high-quality scrubs designed to fit and flatter real bodies. Because each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully handled, we maintain a clear and fair return policy outlined below.

Refund Policy - the basics

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

Due to the nature of our business and inventory limitations, Ourz Scrubs does not offer refunds at this time. However, if your item does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer an exchange in accordance with the guidelines below.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Size Exchanges

We strongly encourage customers to use the custom Ourz Scrubs size chart before placing an order to ensure the best possible fit.

If you ordered using the size chart and need a different size:

  • You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

  • Pre-order items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as non-returnable at purchase

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.

  • Ourz Scrubs will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item one time per order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email: ourzscrubs@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange

  • The requested replacement size (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive further instructions.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. When our size chart is followed, we are confident you will receive a correct and well-fitting item designed to support your comfort and confidence.
