As a man in healthcare, I’ve watched women carry a lot more than what’s in their job description.

Long shifts.Heavy workloads.Emotional pressure.

And somehow… they still show up.

But I’ve also noticed something else.

What I Started Noticing

I’ve seen it firsthand.

Constant adjusting.

And when you’re already carrying the weight of your job…
